INFORMATION: Level 1. Espresso. Designed to introduce basic barista skills to people with no previous experience. Candidates should be able to calibrate their grinders and correctly prepare an Espresso or Cappuccino, adjusted to basic standards. They will learn about: • Coffee beans. • Workspace management. • Grinding, dosing and compacting. • Extraction and preparation. • Dairy technique. • Barista's menu • Safety, health and hygiene.
