Founder
Paola Bornacelli
Born in Colombia, our president and founder, Paola Bornacelli, also presides over various businesses under the CFS Business Group. In 2016, Paola and her family came to the U.S. with the intention of introducing coffee shops that would represent Colombian coffee culture. With more than 18 years of professional experience, she has developed over 15 businesses in the food, beverage, and real estate sectors. Noteworthy among them are CFS Market and CFS Franchise, which paved the way for CFS Coffee (Coffee for the Soul) to become the most renowned among them. Holding a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Bioneuroemotion from the Enric Corbera Institute, and an international certificate as a Life & Business Coach from the Academy of Personal Excellence, Paola is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Holistic Psychology and coaching expertise.
Coffee Master
Matteo Gutierrez
CFS Coffee founder, as well as Paola’s son and business partner, Matteo has been a key player in creating the brand’s creative concept. Certified as a Fitness Nutrition and Bodybuilding Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he also holds a certificate in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
Matteo is a professional barista passionate about health and well-being, and he is currently working on a master's in Bioneuroemotion. He developed CFS Coffee’s current food and drink menu,which not only represents Colombia’s gastronomy but also has a healthy focus. Matteo is in charge of preparing and training our staff, from baristas to kitchen staff.
Coffee Master
​Sergio Villamizar
Sergio was born in Colombia and has been residing in Orlando, FL for the past 6 years. With 17 years of experience in coffee shop operations, he holds a degree in Business Administration with a Diploma in Organizational Culture in Human Resources.
Sergio also holds SCA certifications as a Professional Barista in Brewing and Latte Art. Passionate about the coffee world and the latest trends in coffee-based beverages, Sergio is the co-founder of Coffee Lab for Coffee Lovers and serves as the lead tutor.
